These Terms govern your purchase and use of Digital System Code (the "Program"), sold through this website. By purchasing or accessing the Program you agree to them.
The Program is digital educational content: an online member app containing training modules, a service catalogue, document templates and AI prompt packs. It is not a job, an employment offer, an investment, a financial product or a done-for-you service.
Access is granted immediately after payment is approved, via the access page and by email. Access is personal and non-transferable, and is granted for as long as the Program remains available online, with no additional fee.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PerfectPay, which is the merchant of record and issues your receipt. Optional add-ons offered after purchase are separate, optional purchases.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund policy.
All content remains the property of Digital System Code. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own business. The document templates may be adapted and used commercially in your own client work.
We do not promise or guarantee income, clients or any specific outcome. See our Disclaimer.
The Program references third-party tools and platforms. We are not affiliated with them, we do not control them, and their availability, pricing and terms may change at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
