1. Data we collect

• Quiz answers — the multiple-choice answers you give on the home page. They are processed in your browser to show your result and are not linked to your identity.
• Purchase data — name, email, country and payment details are collected and processed by PerfectPay, our payment processor. We receive your name and email in order to deliver your access and provide support; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Support messages — anything you send us by email.
• Usage data — standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, where applicable, analytics and advertising cookies.
• Local storage — the member app saves your lesson progress in your own browser. It never leaves your device.

2. Why we use it

• To deliver the product you purchased and provide support.
• To process payments and handle refunds (via PerfectPay).
• To send you information about your purchase, and marketing emails you may unsubscribe from at any time.
• To measure and improve our advertising and this website.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to run the business: the payment platform (PerfectPay), our email provider, hosting (Cloudflare) and analytics/advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We may use our own and third-party cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential functionality of the member app requires local storage.

5. Retention

Purchase and tax records are retained for as long as required by law. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to marketing, or request a copy of your data. Write to us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

This product is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Updates to this policy are published on this page with a new date.
